Kelsey Tanner, 30, was arrested earlier this month after allegedly pouring scalding hot water on a one-year-old child in April. Later, Tanner was also caught with child pornography on his cellphone. All 40 establishments that sell tobacco products in Tooele County passed an underage sale check by the Tooele County Health Department and the Tooele County Alcohol Task Force for the first time in at least 10 years.
